The Regina Musical Club, founded in 1907, is one of Saskatchewan's oldest musical organizations and has played a major role in the musical heritage of this province. The main objectives are to bring North American, preferably Canadian, performers of high calibre to Regina audiences, and to encourage young musicians through a scholarship program. Several annual scholarships are currently awarded, and the winner of the Regina Musical Club Recital Competition is presented in concert. The Regina Musical Club is a registered charitable organization and is run entirely by volunteers.
